At Elm Center Counseling and Consultation our psychotherapy involves sessions which could be conducted with an individual, couple, family, or other units, and may range from one or two sessions to much longer in duration. The goal of these sessions is to improve, understand and alter behavior patterns so that the client and their families, peers, or other units understands how to control, balance, and integrate the signs and symptoms of their disorder.
